- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in socio-legal services, social work, or community work
- Knowledge of social and penitentiary laws and regulations
- Experience with trajectory-based work and dealing with cultural diversity
- Proficiency in risk assessment, social mapping, and subsidy schemes
- Experience in working with the target group and effectively handling conflict situations
- Excellent written and verbal language skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Integrity, flexibility, and strong planning skills
- Ability to switch quickly and form sound judgments
- Good collaboration skills and a desire for continuous self-development
Practical
- This concerns a fixed-term employment contract, with the prospect of an indefinite contract
- A probationary period of up to 1 month may apply
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required upon a positive outcome
- If the required work and thinking level cannot be demonstrated with a diploma, it will be assessed through a capacity test
