As a functional analyst, you will be responsible for shaping and documenting requirements for a B2B web portal and other digital customer channels.
- These channels are used by Sales and Customer Operations within an organization.
What you do
- Plan and lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders to capture needs, clarify scope, and prioritize digital initiatives.
- Translate stakeholder requests into organized functional specifications, decomposed user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain process and solution models using standard notations (for example, BPMN or UML) to define functional boundaries and workflow sequences.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to verify correct implementation, oversee interfaces between systems, and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Triage and support resolution of production incidents, deliver targeted short-term fixes in CRM and web channel components, and assist change adoption.
- Produce concise, well-structured documentation and visual guides, prepare user training materials, and contribute to ongoing improvements in process documentation.

- Three to five years of hands-on experience in a functional analyst or similar role.
Preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Practical exposure to the Energy or Utilities industry.
