This role is within a catering establishment at a station, specializing in fresh Italian coffee, sandwiches, and pasta. The environment is dynamic and focused on quickly and friendly assisting travelers.
What you do
- Distribute tasks and provide clear instructions
- Actively participate on the shop floor and quickly respond to needs
- Solve problems quickly
- Motivate colleagues and ensure a good atmosphere
- Monitor the quality of products and service
- Ensure an attractive and clean store
- Ensure everyone works safely and according to regulations
What they ask
- Be at least 18 years old
- Proficiency in Dutch at B1 level
- Be able to reach the location within 30 minutes without public transport, given the early morning and late evening shifts
Practical
- Flexible schedule, to be agreed upon with the manager
- Availability for closing shifts (3:00 PM - 0:00 AM) and alternately opening shifts (from 5:30 AM)
- Shifts last a maximum of 8 hours
- Opportunity to follow a BBL education (MBO level 3 or 4)
- Onboarding program including a buddy system and onboarding app
- A reference check is part of the application procedure
