A specialized practice is looking for an independent (child) psychologist. The practice guides children, adolescents, adults, and families on topics such as autism, ADHD, giftedness, emotion regulation, sensory processing, social and emotional development, self-image, and getting stuck in daily life. The focus is on tailor-made guidance and collaboration with the network and family.
What you will do. As a psychologist, you will guide children and/or adolescents and their families based on your own expertise. You will work on:
- emotional difficulties
- anxiety and worrying
- self-image and self-confidence
- emotion regulation
- overstimulation and stress
- social difficulties
- getting stuck at school or home
- psychoeducation on neurodiversity
- parental guidance
- processing difficult experiences
- identifying diagnostic questions and providing direction where necessary
You will coordinate with parents, school, other healthcare professionals, or colleagues within the team.
