What you will do.
- Perform medical assessments.
- Identify health issues.
- Advise both employers and employees on possibilities for reintegration, prevention, and vitality.
- Consider factors such as working conditions, workload capacity, lifestyle, and social circumstances in your assessment.
Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Medicine.
- Valid BIG registration as a physician.
- Interest in or affinity with occupational medicine and sustainable employability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to switch between different interlocutors.
- Look beyond the medical complaint alone and have an eye for the person behind the absenteeism.

- One-year contract with the intention of extension.
