As a CFO within an ambitious and growing organization in the marketing and communication sector, you will play a key role in developing a strong financial structure. You combine strategic insight with operational decisiveness and support both the various agencies and the central Finance department. You work closely with management and shareholders and are a driving force behind optimization, reporting, and M&A processes.
What you do
- Lead the Finance department and act as a business enabler.
- Maintain contact with banks, insurance companies, external accountants, and M&A advisors.
- Be a sparring partner for the CEO and management on financial, administrative, and organizational matters.
- Guide M&A dossiers together with the shareholders.
- Monitor and adjust financial targets for teams, business units, and the entire organization.
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely monthly and annual closings.
- Provide financial input for job reviews.
- Prepare and follow up on reports, VAT declarations, and cash planning (cash pooling).

- Master's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, structures, and team leadership.
- Experience in the marketing and communication sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of Teamleader Orbit, Exact, and analytical project tracking.
- Excel expertise is a must.
- Proactive, accurate, communicative, and a true team player.
