HR Consultant

Temporary replacement for an HR consultant.

What you will do.

• Contribute to the increase in office turnover, as well as the increase in the number of FTEs by working in a KPI-oriented manner.
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including drafting job offers, managing applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Create and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proposing suitable candidates.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvement.
• Actively contribute to the company's development by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and strengthening the organization's brand and reputation.

What they ask

• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the temporary employment sector.
• Highly results-oriented and enjoy achieving KPIs.
• Proactive: willing to do everything to commercially grow the office.
• Recruitment skills: know how to attract the best candidates and understand recruitment processes from A to Z.
• Strong communication skills: be a good communicator, know how to ask the right questions, and show empathy towards candidates and clients.
