Guiding a growing hybrid integration platform as a basis for smoothly functioning digital services. Within a public organization, the IV/IT service provider, you will interact with value teams throughout the organization. You will investigate their needs for application collaboration and platform support, and determine priorities.
What you do
- You will be the product owner of an Integration Strategy Enablement Team (ISET) within the base Platforms.
- Together with the IT manager and scrum master of your team, you ensure that the hybrid integration platform offers maximum added value to the value teams.
- You actively seek out teams to discover bottlenecks and untapped opportunities.
- Through discussions, workshops, and presentations, you help colleagues use the platform effectively.
- You translate the needs of value teams into concrete work for your team, in collaboration with engineers and architects.
- You manage the backlog and align priorities with platform architects, taking into account quarterly plans and future innovations.
- You explain your considerations to colleagues and the management team.
- You collaborate with other platform teams within the base to coordinate plans and dependencies.
- You work together in a team where members keep each other sharp.
What they ask
- Education or work experience at the intersection of business and IT, such as business information management or technical business administration.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a product owner.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and patterns, enabling you to translate value team needs into suitable integration possibilities.
- Experience with agile working and working under architecture.
- Experience with stakeholder management: weighing diverse interests and clearly explaining choices.
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Understanding of how integration solves business issues and knowledge of on-premise and cloud environments.
