What you do
- Work in-house at a logistics organization as the eyes and ears on the shop floor.
- Walk around, chat with flexible employees, and welcome new colleagues.
- Answer questions about contracts, planning, and leave.
- Switch effortlessly between Dutch and English in an international work environment.
- Process contracts and keep personnel files up-to-date.
- Ensure all HR processes run smoothly behind the scenes, including personnel changes and absence registrations.
- Coordinate with team leaders and create schedules for staffing.
- Respond quickly to sick reports or unexpected peaks and provide suitable solutions.
- Actively attract new colleagues, give tours, and answer candidate questions.
- Deal with critical questions, resistance, and varying expectations on the shop floor.
- Engage logistics and production employees in discussions in a pleasant manner.
What they ask
- Proactive attitude and energy from a varied role in a dynamic work environment.
- MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a comparable education.
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management (a plus).
- Driving license B and own transport.
- Hands-on mentality, a great sense of responsibility, and the drive to get things done.
