An annual arts festival for young audiences, organized by a cultural organization. The 2027 edition will take place in February. The festival annually invites more than 30 (inter)national companies that perform approximately 60 shows for schools and families. Additionally, there are various free interactive festival acts, and the festival serves as an international networking hub for creators and programmers.
What you will do. The production team is the organizational link between programming and technical realization. As a production assistant, you will work in a team under the guidance of the production leader on the organizational and practical preparations and the realization of the festival programming. This includes:

- You have a passion for arts for young audiences
- You possess organizational talent and can work independently
- You are communicative and multilingual (NL/F/E)
- You can work with planning and data tools
- You are creative, enthusiastic, and highly committed
- You can work problem-solving and results-oriented
- You are willing to work evenings and weekends
- A driver's license is an advantage
