You will provide short-term and long-term treatments to an international, culturally diverse client group within a specialized mental health clinic. Treatments are evidence-based and person-centered, ensuring clients receive care tailored to their specific situation and background.
What you will do.
- Perform psychotherapeutic treatments, both individually and, where necessary, via e-health, for clients with various psychological complaints.
- Develop, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists during multidisciplinary consultations.
- Treat from a client-centered, evidence-based approach, taking into account the cultural context of clients from dozens of countries worldwide.
- Where necessary, liaise with the network of partner institutions for additional specialized care during crisis or emergency situations.
Profile
- Completed training as a psychotherapist with BIG registration.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written; proficiency in another foreign language is a plus.
- Affinity with treating a culturally diverse, international client group.
- An independent, proactive, and client-oriented work attitude.
