The demand for digital learning content is growing, which is why the organization is looking for a professional to manage ongoing learning projects, initiate new developments, and contribute to building high-quality learning solutions.
What you will do.
- Manage and monitor ongoing L&D projects: planning, priorities, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Initiate new learning projects, from learning needs to elaborated approach and delivery.
- Analyze source material and convert it into didactically strong learning solutions.
- Translate learning needs into the right learning format: e-learning, microlearning, blended trajectory, or classroom session.
- Develop e-learnings and learning paths for employees, managers, and new hires.
- Develop storyboards, interactions, and evaluations in authoring tools.
Profile
- At least several years of experience as an L&D project manager or learning consultant.
- You know how to translate a learning need into the right learning format and can explain that choice.
- Independently developing storyboards, interactions, and evaluations is part of your daily routine.
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- You manage multiple learning projects simultaneously and enjoy sharing knowledge.
- Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
