For a modular construction project at an innovative organization focused on modular and movable housing, we are looking for a carpenter/assembly worker. You will work on the assembly and finishing of high-quality, prefabricated modules. These boxes are used, among other things, for educational and accommodation facilities and are designed to adapt to changing needs.
What you will do. Exterior work:
- Placing and assembling the modules
- Connecting and insulating the modules
- Making the modules wind and watertight
- Applying facade cladding
- Gluing and finishing the EPDM roofing
- Connecting rainwater drains
Interior work:
- Installing Metal Stud interior walls
- Installing window and door frames
- Performing various carpentry finishing tasks
- Installing skirting boards, coves, and other interior finishes
What they ask
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Work van with own tools
- Valid VCA certificate
- Business liability insurance
- Good command of the Dutch language
