An organization that conducts population screenings is looking for a passionate trainer.

The organization is responsible for implementing three population screening programs in the Netherlands: cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer.
Annually, over 4.5 million people are invited for one or more of these screenings.
The goal is to contribute to the early detection of cancer to increase the chances of successful treatment.
You will undergo internal training to become a trainer at a specialized center within the organization.
In addition to your work as a trainer, you will also work in screening to stay up-to-date with daily practice.

What you do

Train students according to a structured step-by-step plan.
Guide students and monitor the progress of their learning process.
Provide professional development for screening staff.
Ensure a pleasant and safe learning environment.
Deliver presentations during thematic meetings.
Contribute to improving training processes.
Perform secondary tasks, such as liaising with theoretical training programs or participating in a working group.

Completed education as an MBB’er in screening or a completed education as a Mammography Technician in screening.
Practical experience with performing mammograms.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player who contributes to a shared result.
Technical skills with attention to adjustment techniques and an eye for detail.
Flexible, responsible, and observant.
Possesses didactic skills, coaching abilities, and is development-oriented.
