A fast-growing consulting firm specializing in energy advice, WWS optimization, and sustainability is looking for an Office Manager / Planner. The firm distinguishes itself by not only preparing reports but also coordinating and realizing the implementation of sustainability projects. The role is crucial for accurate planning throughout the chain, from advice to delivery.
What you will do.
- Schedule surveys, viewings, and project visits throughout the Netherlands, considering travel distance, resident availability, and the advisor's agenda
- Handle quotes, invoices, and project administration
- Monitor the progress of ongoing files and raise flags before a deadline is jeopardized
- Work in the internal CRM system and keep it up-to-date
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improved working methods
What they ask
- MBO 4 or HBO level in an administrative, organizational, or commercial field
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and strong in communication
- Easily switch between tasks and keep a cool head when three things are happening simultaneously
- Dare to call an advisor if their planning is incorrect
- Digitally skilled; experience with a CRM or planning system is beneficial
- Excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken

- You are the first point of contact for clients and ensure the week runs smoothly.
Special projects.
- Monumental canal houses, where a survey often requires a key appointment with the manager
- Real estate portfolios of investors and family offices: dozens of addresses to be planned in a single series
- Municipal projects, such as housing sustainability, with hundreds of residents all needing an appointment
- Renovation and transformation projects where the advisor, project supervisor, and executor must be aligned
