You will work on various projects within social and private housing. No two homes are the same, ensuring varied work.
What you will do.
- Repair and replace doors and frames, hardware, baseboards, and various finishing carpentry.
- Repair damage to walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Resolve structural defects that emerge during inspections or deliveries.
- Address remaining issues after renovations and moves.
- Work largely independently and be responsible for a neat, safe, and timely delivery.
- Maintain regular contact with colleagues, supervisors, and residents.
- Communicate clearly, work neatly, and handle the living environment carefully.
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience as a renovation carpenter, preferably in the maintenance and renovation of rental and owner-occupied homes.
- In possession of a B (E) driving license.
- Own tools and transport.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language.
- A valid VCA-Basic certificate or willingness to obtain it.
