IT System & Support Administrator

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to on-site users, including senior stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, laptops, screens, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and resolve tickets through an IT service management platform.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user access.
• Manage IT assets, equipment, and hardware lifecycle.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and access requirements.
• Maintain meeting rooms, AV equipment, and office IT infrastructure.
• Support basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the central IT team on permissions, security, and more technical issues.
• Support office moves, new equipment installations, and workplace IT setups.
• Help organize and maintain on-site IT equipment.
• Support IT rollouts, improvements, and other projects as required.

What they ask

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform.
• Experienced IT Support / IT Systems professional with strong hands-on support experience.
• Previous experience supporting users on site, ideally within an international environment.
• Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and C-Suite users.
• Good understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and general connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT asset management and equipment lifecycle.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of issues.
• Practical, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Fluent Dutch would be advantageous.
• Must already have the relevant right-to-work / permits for the Netherlands.
