HR Project Manager Learning & Development, Performance & HR Transformation

A consulting firm is looking for an HR Project Manager for a full-time contract, also open to freelancers.

What you will do.

• Manage end-to-end HR projects from scoping and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment with business & HR priorities.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to the HR leadership team.
• Drive the improvement of performance management process.
• Facilitate the redesign and implementation of performance frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, feedback mechanisms, and development planning approaches.
• Ensure alignment between performance management, talent development, and organizational objectives.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving HR effectiveness and collaboration with the HR team.
• Facilitate the transition towards new operating models and ways of working.
• Design and optimize HR governance, decision-making processes, and cross-functional collaboration models.
• Map, analyze, and redesign some HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Facilitate workshops to redesign workflows and define future-state processes.
• Ensure sustainable implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Facilitate role clarification workshops with the HR team.
