An organization is working on the further professionalization of its data landscape. Existing Qlik Sense dashboards are being migrated to Power BI. This involves not only renewing the reporting environment but also further setting up and optimizing the underlying data streams, data models, and information provision. The assignment includes analyzing existing dashboards, designing and realizing data models, developing ETL processes, and building user-friendly and reliable Power BI dashboards.
Existing proof-of-concept solutions are being developed into stable, secure, and manageable solutions that align with the information needs of both operations and management. Due to the nature of the data, particularly within a sensitive domain, work is carried out within the applicable privacy and information security guidelines. The candidate must be able to perform the work independently, with specialized knowledge from within the organization available for coordination, testing, and knowledge sharing.

- Developing and optimizing ETL processes and dataflows
- Setting up data models for reliable reports
- Further developing existing dashboards into stable production solutions
- Ensuring data quality, privacy, and information security
- Supporting data-driven work within the Finance domains and a sensitive domain
- Realizing sustainable and transferable BI solutions
- Analyzing existing Qlik Sense dashboards within Finance and a sensitive domain
- Inventorying and translating information needs into reports and dashboards
- Designing and realizing ETL processes and dataflows
- Setting up data models for reliable information provision
- Building, testing, and implementing dashboards in Power BI
- Utilizing Data Factory for managing and automating data streams
- Monitoring the quality, consistency, and reliability of data
- Ensuring that dashboards and underlying datasets comply with privacy and information security requirements
- Taking into account the processing of confidential and privacy-sensitive data
- Contributing to reliable, secure, and future-proof information provision
- Identifying improvement opportunities in data quality, reports
- Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and specialized departments on a cohesive solution
- Coordinating with users, management, and clients on information needs
- Advising on data-driven work and reporting issues
- Transferring knowledge, documentation, and working methods to employees for management and further development

Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience with data within the social domain or comparable privacy-sensitive data
- Demonstrable work experience of at least 5 years with developing and implementing BI solutions
- Demonstrable work experience with Qlik Sense
- Demonstrable knowledge of and work experience with an AFAS data model and/or a sensitive domain data model
- Demonstrable work experience within a joint scheme (GR), municipal organization, other government institution, or public organization
