What you will do.
- Provide daily living activities (ADL), including physical care, nursing technical actions, and meal support
- Devise activities and tasks to bring structure to the day
- Create a safe, pleasant environment together with colleagues
- Involve clients in household chores, such as cooking
- Engage in sensory stimulation with clients in the snoezelen room
- Develop personal support plans in close collaboration with relatives and other professionals
- Be responsible for a number of clients and ensure that all necessary arrangements run smoothly and the best support is provided
