About the client. A government organization aims to provide vulnerable residents with existential security and guide them towards work or participation. Appropriate and transparent service delivery is central, with a human-centered approach. Digitalization plays a key role in this. You will work in the Functional Management team of the department responsible for the digitalization task of the Work & Income cluster. This department is actively developing.
The assignment. As a Functional Administrator, you will focus on the structural tasks required before and after the implementation of applications. You will act proactively to ensure that the use and management situation of the applications are as predictable as possible. You will work closely with the business and with internal and external IT partners, and together with the business, you will further develop the systems and processes.
What you will do.
- Translate user requirements into concrete change requests
- Test new functionality and guide releases
- Advise on the management situation in relation to continuity, risk, and impact, and on the design of information systems
- Prepare and maintain documentation for end-users and administrators
- Manage user rights and authorizations, together with IAM
- Execute service management processes, such as incident, change, and test management
- Guide end-users towards self-sufficiency and support internal and external audits
- Identify privacy and security risks in the application chain
What they ask
- A completed HBO bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a functional administrator, gained in the last 4 years
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an Agile work environment, gained in the last 4 years
- Work experience with the applications Compas and Wizzr
- An ITIL 4 certificate
Preferences.
- Work experience as a functional administrator at a government organization
- Work experience with BiSL and VFB management processes
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience with both business and IT
- Experience in ensuring the continuity of applications
- Experience in monitoring SLA agreements with suppliers and the organization itself
