For a local government organization, we are looking for an experienced Architectural Advisor or Architect to support local authorities in the realization of public construction, renovation, and heritage projects. In this role, you will work on various projects related to public heritage, infrastructure, and public spaces.
From the initial ideas and vision development to execution and delivery, you will be an important link between administration, policy, designers, contractors, and external partners.
What you will do.
- Guide construction, renovation, and redevelopment projects
- Coordinate projects from the initiation phase to delivery
- Monitor planning, budget
- Liaise with municipal services, administrators
- Prepare specifications, award criteria, and tender documents
- Evaluate and follow up on offers and public contracts
- Site supervision and quality control during execution
- Coordinate contractors, designers
Profile
- Experience with public construction and heritage projects
- Knowledge of project management and project coordination
- Familiar with public procurement and tendering procedures
- Strong in stakeholder management and administrative alignment
- Good knowledge of BricsCAD, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of 3P is a plus
- Proficient in Office applications
