- Actively build and manage your client portfolio within residential real estate.
- Professionally guide owners through the sale of their property, from the initial introduction to successful completion.
- Efficiently follow up on leads, site visits, negotiations, and sales files.
- Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete results.
- Collaborate directly with management for consultation and support.
Profile
- Entrepreneurial real estate professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.
- Takes initiative and works independently.
- Builds lasting client relationships.
- Valid BIV number.
- Independent status.
- Proven experience in the real estate sector (at least 2 years).
- Fluent and professional knowledge of Dutch (very good).
- Neat appearance, combined with assertiveness and discretion.
- Driving license B and own car.
