HR Consultant
As an HR Consultant, you will work in-house at a client organization and be the linchpin between this organization and the flexible workers employed through a temporary employment agency. From your on-site workplace, you will have daily direct contact with employees for optimal guidance and support. You will also be responsible for the recruitment of operational staff.
This includes writing vacancy texts, assessing candidates, planning and conducting intake interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding of new employees. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks, such as contract management, hour processing, and telephone contact with employees and managers. You will play an important role in both the operational and recruitment aspects of the services provided to the client organization.

- Guide flexible employees with questions and ensure a personal approach.
- Coach employees and contribute to their professional development.
- Prepare contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding for new employees.

- HBO/MBO (higher/intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level, with administrative skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to travel weekly to another location.
- Must own a car.
- Strong communication skills, empathetic, and results-oriented.
- Proactive and experienced in guiding employees.
