This assignment involves a role within a biopharmaceutical company. You will join the Biomanufacturing DS Production team and provide strategic operational and quality support for production activities (USP or DSP), in close collaboration with production managers and technical teams.
What you will do.
- Operational and quality support: Management of production documentation, procedures (SOPs), and associated training.
- Anomaly management: Definition and deployment of immediate actions during malfunctions or anomalies in production.
- Quality Systems (QMS): Timely opening, follow-up, and closure of quality deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.
- Continuous improvement & Audits: Steering the implementation of CAPAs following internal/external audits and participating in cross-functional projects for the improvement or maintenance of production areas.
- Monitoring and compliance: Analysis of production data, identification and escalation of risks (HSE, quality, deadlines), and strict application of GMP and GDP standards.
Profile
- Education: Master's degree (Engineer, Bioengineer, Life Sciences, or equivalent).
- Key skills: Proficiency in biopharmaceutical production environments (USP/DSP) and GMP/GDP requirements. Good knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Personal qualities: Autonomy, proactivity, team spirit, and initiative. You demonstrate excellent communication, a constructive critical mind, and the ability to manage emergencies in a dynamic environment.
