South HollandHybrid38 hours/week<3months

At an education-related organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building an organization with social impact. You report directly to the financial director, provide input for the management team, and have ample room to shape HR policy, processes, and projects. This position is perfect for an experienced HR Advisor who thrives on variety.

One day you advise on a complex absenteeism case, the next day you work on new policy, optimize HR processes, or start a project that helps the organization move forward. You are close enough to operations to know what is going on and have the freedom to actually do something about it. The organization is a market leader in supplementary education and annually helps thousands of students with homework guidance, exam training, catch-up programs, and other educational programs.

Together with schools, we ensure that every student gets the chance to make the most of themselves. Behind this social mission is an informal, ambitious, and rapidly developing organization.
