As a QHSE coach, you are the point of contact on construction sites for safety, health, environment, and quality. You bring safety to life on the work floor.
What you will do.
- Daily presence on the construction site(s) as a visible point of contact for QHSE
- Guide, motivate, and coach workers and subcontractors in safe and quality work
- Conduct safety rounds and observations, and follow up on actions
- Ensure correct application of procedures, work permits, LMRA's, TRA’s, and other prevention measures
- Identify risks and unsafe situations, and actively contribute to improvements
- Support incident analyses and learn from near-misses
- Co-monitor environmental measures and waste management on the site
Profile
- First experience on construction sites in a QHSE role
- Prevention Advisor Level 2 diploma
- Positive and coaching communication style
- Practical, hands-on
- Knowledge of VCA, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 9001 is a plus
- Mobile and flexible depending on the various construction sites
