You are a strong and independent HR professional who easily switches between employees, management, and senior stakeholders. You navigate effortlessly through an organization with diverse interests and know how to translate HR issues into practical and appropriate solutions.
What you do
- Be a key sparring partner for both management and employees
- Advise and support managers on various HR issues
- Guide employees and managers through personnel and organizational developments
- Address topics such as performance, development, absenteeism, and employment conditions
- Identify potential HR risks and translate them into suitable and practical solutions
- Guide various HR processes
- Contribute to the further professionalization of the HR organization
- Independently handle operational and tactical HR issues
