A stable and growing IT service provider is looking for a Functional Consultant. You will join a technically strong team with short communication lines and room to take ownership of projects and improvement initiatives. What you will do.
- You analyze business processes and customer needs and translate them into efficient digital solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- You develop functional solutions around Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and information flows, including site structures, metadata, and document management.
- You develop and configure low-code applications and automations with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- You advise clients on best practices and guide them in making the right choices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- You facilitate workshops and act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- You play an active role in project follow-up, including planning, scope monitoring, and alignment with stakeholders.
- You work closely with technical colleagues and monitor the quality, user-friendliness, and sustainable delivery of solutions.
Profile
- You have a strong interest in IT, especially the Microsoft ecosystem, and you are energized by exploring new technologies and solutions.
- You have approximately 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- You have practical experience within Microsoft 365 and good knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
- You understand business processes and can translate them into user-friendly and efficient digital solutions.
- You combine a functional mindset with technical feeling and enjoy working hands-on on implementations and optimizations.
- You communicate fluently with clients and stakeholders, think analytically, and work structured with a strong sense of ownership.
- You speak fluent Dutch.
- A bachelor's degree in IT is a plus, but relevant experience and the right mindset are paramount.
