Independently manage all types of files in inheritance law, property law, family law, and real estate law.
- Approach new subjects with curiosity and enthusiasm, with the help of experienced colleagues.
- Be proactive, with an analytical mind and initiative to understand the challenges and propose the most suitable solution.
- Be meticulous, precise, organized, and ensure files are finalized with care.
- Ensure the smooth running of files, the execution of formalities, compliance with deadlines, and client information.
- Work in mutual trust within the team.
- Be sociable, empathetic, with a sense of listening and communication towards both clients and colleagues.
- Approach stressful situations calmly and reassuringly for the client.
Profile
- Bachelor or Master in law and/or notarial studies.
- Ideally, experience in a notarial office or as a candidate notary.
- Proficiency in common computer tools.
- Command of Dutch is an asset.
