What you do
- Conduct thorough preliminary research, including collecting, analyzing, and proposing development opportunities.
- Perform feasibility and market studies, and calculate the profitability of projects.
- Plan commercial appointments with landowners, sellers, real estate agents, and other important stakeholders.
- Negotiate and draft agreements.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in real estate and have at least 10 years of experience as a land buyer.
- Solid knowledge of real estate, urban planning, and spatial development.
- Commercial flair and negotiation talent.
- Independence and results-orientation.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Analytical ability and sense of responsibility.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch.
- Good knowledge of French.
