Stimulate Power BI usage within an organization and increase user autonomy.
- Coach and guide users in using Power BI, tailored to their knowledge level and needs.
- Organize and deliver demos, webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain training materials and train future coaches.
- Support the Power BI community, gather user feedback, and share best practices.
- Guide users in discovering and applying new Power BI functionalities.
- Provide targeted support for specific questions and problems.
- Develop and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and reusable components.
- Improve data models, data transformations, and reports with attention to quality and performance.
- Contribute to the Power BI governance framework, including guidelines on roles, security, standards, and lifecycle management.
Profile
- Fluent Dutch or French and at least a basic knowledge of the other national language.
- Independent knowledge of English, including technical documentation.
- Active PL-300 - Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
- Active DP-600 - Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, DirectQuery, and M-language.
- Good knowledge of T-SQL for SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with Power BI performance optimization.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.
- Experience with data transformations from files, APIs, and databases, including quality rules.
- Knowledge of Power BI Service, publishing, administration, and security management.
- Experience with gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Power BI Coach.
- Strong skills in training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
- Strong communication skills and experience with workshops and community work.
- Ability to stimulate Power BI adoption and teach users to work independently.
