- Setting up and operationalizing Data Stewardship, including the implementation of roles such as Data Owner, Data Steward, and process owner.
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring data quality rules, quality criteria, and quality indicators.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues within information and data projects.
- Developing a generic and repeatable approach for data quality management.
- Setting up monitoring, dashboards, reports, and management information for data quality.
- Initiating and guiding improvement trajectories aimed at sustainable data quality improvement.
- Advising and guiding management, process owners, and users in assigning ownership for data quality.
- Securing knowledge, governance, working methods, and responsibilities within the organization.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a data steward / data governance specialist.
- Extensive experience in setting up Data Governance within multiple public organizations, including the structured assignment of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making regarding data.
- Experience in establishing and implementing data quality rules, quality indicators, and quality measurements.
- Experience in operationalizing Data Stewardship within a public organization, including setting up, implementing, and securing roles such as Data Owner, Data Steward, and process owner.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops and work sessions on data quality, data management, or Data Governance with management, process owners, and users.
