What you will do.
- Strengthening pedagogical quality

- Improving administrative processes, such as staff rosters and occupancy
- Rolling out specific programs for activities and/or child participation
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in childcare with a valid qualification as a pedagogical professional
- An independent and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive approach and focus on results
- Passion for knowledge sharing and team development
- Specialized expertise in the field of early childhood education, babies, after-school care, pedagogical coaching, child participation, sports, or activity development is a plus
