You are the connecting link between candidates and employers in SMEs. You recruit and select candidates based on the needs of clients, which you clearly translate into the job vacancies you write. You conduct intake interviews and guide candidates to a suitable job. At the same time, you build sustainable client relationships and advise organizations on their staffing needs. Sales plays an important role in your function.
You identify commercial opportunities, approach potential clients, and regularly go out for introductory and advisory meetings. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you know how to further expand existing relationships and initiate new collaborations. No day is the same. One day you write job texts and speak to candidates, another day you visit a client or support a flexible employee. You also ensure that contracts, time registrations, and other administrative processes are handled correctly.

- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level
- Experience in recruitment, employment mediation, sales, or customer contact
- Strong communication skills and not afraid to approach candidates and clients
- Results-oriented, stress-resistant
- In possession of a B driving license
