For a large-scale program, we are looking to expand our team. Within the program, we strengthen the steering function and make services more agile and efficient. A lot of dynamism, a lot of impact.
What you will do.
- You will set up governance, planning & control, and reporting for multiple transitions.
- You will monitor risks, decisions, and actions until they are truly followed up, including with suppliers.
- You will be the operational heart (taking minutes and assigning actions for important consultation structures) of the team, from steering committees to SharePoint and onboarding.
Profile
- All-round team player with 5-10 years of PMO experience in large transitions and programs.
- Structured, dares to ask questions, and distinguishes main from side issues.
- Knowledge of P3O, MSP, Agile, and ITIL.
- Communicates easily with all levels, in Dutch and English.
- HBO+ working and thinking level.
Preferences.
- Power BI or Lean experience is a significant plus.
