MBO Nurse in Training

• Guide clients with a psychiatric disorder.
• Perform all nursing and guidance activities.
• Focus primarily on direct, plannable care and practical support.
• Personal attention, structure, recovery support, and building trust are central.
• Observe and signal changes based on clinical reasoning.
• Collaborate on drafting and adjusting treatment plans within multidisciplinary teams.
• Involve relatives in care where possible.
• Contribute daily to a safe living environment and client treatment.
• Practical part: work in various departments of a healthcare organization to gain a broad view of mental healthcare.
• Theoretical part: attend classes at a regional training center.
• Participate in the department's roster and work all shifts (24-hour care).
• Attend classes one day per week.
• Develop, deepen, and broaden your competencies as an MBO nurse according to professional roles (CanMEDS).
• Receive guidance from a practical trainer.

What they ask

• Possess a healthcare-related qualification.
• Work experience in mental healthcare or with a similar target group is a plus.
• Motivated to learn through a combination of working and studying.
• Patient, responsible, reflective, and persistent.
• Socially skilled, flexible, and eager to learn new things.
• Willing and able to work at various clinical locations of the organization.
• Able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

• Two-month probationary period for external candidates.
• Intention to offer an indefinite employment contract after completion of the training.
• Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the CAO GGZ, job group FWG 40.
• Placement based on relevant work experience and prior education.
• Tuition fees and required literature (up to €500) are reimbursed.
• Opportunity to use 4 days per academic year for deepening and broadening the nursing field.
• V&Vn (basic) subscription and registration in the V&V quality register.
