You will feel at home in an in-house HR consultant role at a production organization. You are visible daily on the shop floor, support flexible employees with their questions, and ensure that all HR processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Thanks to your efforts, flexible employees feel welcome, heard, and well-supported.
What you will do.
- You start your day with a round through the production environment, chat with flexible employees, and help new colleagues.
- You answer questions about contracts or planning.
- You are a trusted point of contact for both flexible employees and managers.
- You delve into HR administration, processing contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems.
- You ensure that personnel files are always up-to-date and complete.
- You answer questions on HR-related topics and support absence registrations.
- You schedule interviews for new candidates and send invitations for onboarding.
- You coordinate with colleagues and your manager on personnel planning.
- You contribute ideas for smarter or more efficient process design and propose improvements.
Profile
- You are a proactive HR professional who enjoys making an impact in a dynamic environment and values personal growth.
- You are enthusiastic and accommodating.
What they ask
- MBO-4 or HBO level of thinking and working in HR or similar.
- Strong command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
Preferences.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding.
