Speech Therapist
Due to further growth and expansion of a multidisciplinary diagnostic center, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated speech therapist to strengthen our team. You can apply your speech therapy expertise both diagnostically and therapeutically. We offer you a combination of research, multidisciplinary collaboration, and therapy within a growing practice.
What you do
This role consists of two parts: diagnostics and therapy. Diagnostic component:
- You are part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team.
- You are responsible for conducting speech therapy examinations within diagnostic pathways for children and young people with diverse needs.
- You analyze and process research data.
- You make a significant contribution to the diagnostic process based on your speech therapy expertise.
- You participate in multidisciplinary consultation meetings where research results are jointly discussed to arrive at a well-founded diagnosis.
Therapeutic component:
- You guide children, young people, and adults with diverse needs, including:
- learning difficulties
- language problems
- articulation problems
- neurological disorders
- Therapies take place both in the practice and in schools in the region.
- You work closely with various schools and attach great importance to open communication and good cooperation with clients, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
Profile
- You hold a degree in speech therapy (bachelor or master).
- You are interested in both diagnostics and therapy.
- You work accurately and are happy to take responsibility within diagnostic pathways.
- You function smoothly within a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to consultation and collaboration.
- You are enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work independently.
- You possess strong communication skills in contacts with clients, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
- A B driving license is a plus for travel to schools.
- Experience is not required; recently graduated speech therapists are explicitly encouraged to apply.
