- Take the lead in digital transformation processes.
- Connect stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Form the bridge between business, project teams, and the network.
- Contribute to the successful and sustainable adoption of digital initiatives.
What you do
- Develop and coordinate adoption plans for digital initiatives and bring stakeholders together on this.
- Ensure that implementations are thoroughly prepared before going live.
- Translate complex project and product information into clear communication, training, train-the-trainer sessions, and practical support material.
- Guide local representatives in rolling out new tools and processes.
- Gather feedback from the network and act as a bridge between end-users and internal teams.
- Build an active user community focused on knowledge sharing, feedback, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Closely monitor adoption, execution, and KPIs.
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities and translate insights into concrete actions and sustainable results.
What they ask
- Experience in change management, adoption management, digital transformation, or stakeholder management.
- Combines a strategic vision with a hands-on approach and enjoys taking ownership.
- Communicates fluently in Dutch or French, and has a good knowledge of English.
- Experience in guiding workshops, training, and change processes.
- Effortlessly translates complex information into clear and usable messages for diverse target groups.
- Dares to constructively challenge stakeholders and is strong in building sustainable collaborations.
- Is analytically minded and uses data, KPIs, and feedback to implement improvements.
Assets.
- Experience with ADKAR or another change management methodology.
- Experience within a dealer, franchise, retail, or partner network.
- Experience with digital transformation projects for large user groups.
- Affinity with technology, processes, and user adoption.
Practical
- Full-time freelance assignment.
- Possibility of partly remote work.
- Contract per assignment and monthly payment of invoices.
- Administrative support is provided.
- Access to a large network and numerous events for freelancers.
