- Perform medical consultations and advise on reintegration
- Coach and collaborate with case managers and other team members
- Monitor medical standards and apply best practices

- Identify trends and contribute to improvements in service delivery and processes
Profile
- BIG-registered occupational physician or insurance physician, or experience as a basic physician with experience in sick leave and reintegration guidance
- Affinity with sick leave guidance and advice to employees and employers
- Proactive professional who functions effectively both independently and in a team
- Brings energy to contribute to a dynamic and changing environment
Practical
- Flexible working arrangements
- Complete workstation including phone and laptop
- Collaboration within a team where personal growth is central
