Regional Manager

• Ensure the success of the store teams
• Strive for well-stocked, well-maintained, and tidy stores where customers feel welcome
• Manage sales figures, productivity, and labor costs
• Maintain regular contact with the sales leader regarding operations and results
• Visit multiple stores daily, paying attention to the correct presentation of the highly varied assortment
• Have a keen eye for shelf layout, fill rate, and correct pricing
• Together with the HR advisor, guide and coach store managers in achieving qualitative and quantitative staffing in the stores
• Important topics include recruitment, talent development
