We are looking for a Finance Manager for an international group active in a production-oriented sector. The organization has built up years of expertise and combines a professional and innovative work culture with a strong focus on quality and technical excellence. You report directly to the group's CFO and are their right-hand person in the financial operations.
What you do
- Oversee the entire general accounting function, including accounting systems, procedures, and policies, and ensure compliance with IFRS and Belgian GAAP.
- Coordinate the statutory reporting process, including data validation, audit coordination, and timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies.
- Manage the group consolidation process, including data collection from subsidiaries, elimination of intercompany transactions, and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Analyze the group's financial performance through KPI reports and performance analyses, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Your profile.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or technical specialist, preferably in an international corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Consolidation and Belgian GAAP.
- Knowledge of US GAAP is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- German is a plus.
