In this versatile role, you are responsible for the optimal operation of the production process. You set up machines, resolve malfunctions, and monitor product quality.
What you will do.
- Responsible for a smooth and efficient production process.
- Together with the team leader and a fellow Technical Operator, ensure that machines run optimally, the schedule is met, and products meet quality requirements.
- Start up, set up, and adjust machines as needed.
- Quickly resolve technical malfunctions.
- Connect silos and tanks, change injectors and hoses.
- Actively contribute to improvements in the production process.
- Perform quality controls and adjust when products do not meet specifications.
- In the absence of the team leader: take over daily management of the production process with a colleague.
- Maintain an overview, support production employees with technical questions.
- Ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
What they ask
- Completed MBO education (vocational education), preferably in a technical field.
- Experience as an operator or in a technical production environment.
- Technical insight and ability to independently analyze and resolve malfunctions.
- Work accurately and have an eye for quality.
- Good ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (2-shift system also possible).

- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
