Work within a Card Payments Team at a Belgian financial institution.
- Modernization and enhancement of card products and services.
What you do
- Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement.
- Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Definition of scope, target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces.
- End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
What they ask
- Proven Business Analyst experience in a card/payments environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Desired.
- French and/or Dutch.
- Experience as a Product Owner or within Agile frameworks.
- Exposure to Wero, digital wallets, and card system architecture.
