For a leading organization in absenteeism and vitality services, we are looking for an Absence Case Manager. What you will do.
- Guiding and monitoring absenteeism trajectories of employees.
- Determining the right course within the absenteeism process, together with employers and employees.
- Implementing and monitoring appropriate interventions to promote recovery.
- Advising employers on social security, claims management, and absenteeism issues.
- Maintaining contact with employees and motivating and activating them during the reintegration process.
- Signaling stagnation and discussing difficult situations when necessary.
- Collaborating with company doctors, occupational experts, and other involved professionals.
- Coordinating with reintegration coaches and determining when additional guidance is desirable.
- Carefully maintaining files and monitoring legal deadlines and administrative processes.
Profile
- A completed HBO bachelor's degree (higher professional education).
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in a business environment, for example within HR, absenteeism, or the flex industry.
- Willingness to follow and successfully complete the HBO-accredited courses "Regie op Verzuim" (Absence Management) and "Regie op Ziektewet" (Sickness Benefits Act Management).
- A proactive work attitude and the ability to set priorities.
- Empathy combined with a critical and analytical perspective.
- Accuracy and stress resistance, even when workload increases.
- The ambition to further develop yourself within case management.
Practical
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
