For a company specializing in quality kitchens, we are looking for an enthusiastic advisor. You guide customers from their initial ideas to the realization of their dream kitchen. You listen to their wishes, think creatively, provide professional advice, and ensure that the proposed kitchen meets their expectations both aesthetically and practically.
What you do
- You welcome and guide customers in the showroom.
- You identify their wishes, needs, and budget.
- You advise customers on kitchen solutions and materials.
- You translate their wishes into a suitable kitchen concept.
- You build a trusting relationship and guide the customer towards purchase.
- You follow up on your files administratively correctly.
- You think solution-oriented and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Profile
- Natural commercial flair and a strong personality.
- Social, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
- Able to persuade customers without being pushy.
- Good understanding of customer needs.
- Creative and practical in thinking.
- Interest in interior design and kitchens.
- Independent and responsible.
- Ambitious and results-oriented.
- Experience in kitchen sales is a plus, but commercial attitude, maturity, and motivation are more important.
- A good knowledge of Dutch is required.
- Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
