Income Consultant

• Process applications for livelihood support under the Participation Act
• Maintain customer contact and contact with agencies
• Process applications for special assistance (customized)
• Manage a client base of approximately 160 residents
• Conduct legality, termination, and modification investigations
• Prepare reports and decisions
• Set up benefit components in the financial file in Suite4WIZ
• Provide information and advice to residents with a request for help
• Be available by phone during office hours
• Apply customized solutions when the resident's situation requires it
• Guide (new) employees
• Assess the quality of colleagues' work
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from the Work and Participation Team, WMO, and Youth & Management
• Serve as a point of contact for colleagues
• Work at the counter one morning a week
• Participate in the payment of living allowances to Ukrainian refugees (one day a month)

What they ask

• Demonstrable work experience with Suite4Wiz
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years in processing livelihood support applications, managing a client base, and special assistance applications

Preferences.

• A demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in processing livelihood support applications, special assistance applications, and managing a client base of approximately 160 residents
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as an income consultant
