What you do
You coordinate the activities of the Emission-Free Transport team. You do not manage hierarchically but help colleagues achieve results together. In addition to the substantive task, you pay attention to collaboration within the team. You ensure alignment, organize team meetings, and help colleagues share knowledge. You also initiate meetings that contribute to collaboration and mutual connection.
You are an important discussion partner for administrators, concession holders, market parties, and colleagues from other fields. In addition to your coordinating role, you also take on projects yourself. In this, you are also responsible for the execution of certain projects and issues related to charging infrastructure and emission-free transport. You work on issues that are directly visible.
For example, regarding the placement of public charging stations, smart charging techniques, contractual agreements with providers, and the connection of mobility policy to the energy and climate objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities include:
- the implementation and further development of the Charging Infrastructure Plan
- the management of concessions for public charging facilities
- preparing and guiding contract and steering group meetings with concession holders
- implementing the necessary innovations in smart charging and new charging applications
- coordinating the response to administrative decision-making and answering council questions
- aligning projects with colleagues within mobility, energy, climate, and emission-free construction
- coordinating the preparation of the annual plan and monitoring the progress of team goals
- coordinating the preparation and management of the budget
- coordinating the planning and control cycle and management reports
- advising the manager of Sustainability and Environment on opportunities, risks
- identifying and discussing issues that require administrative decision-making
- coordinating the input and output for relevant consultations and thematic groups together with the strategist

- HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) working and thinking level
- extensive experience in coordinating and executing complex assignments, programs
- demonstrable experience with administrative advising and stakeholder management
- knowledge and experience with issues related to mobility, energy transition, infrastructure
- experience with preparing annual plans, monitoring budgets, and steering on results
