For a telecom specialist, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales advisor who professionally guides customers in their choice of devices, subscriptions, and telecom services.
What you will do.
- Advise customers on smartphones, subscriptions, internet, and telecom solutions
- Analyze needs and propose the right products and services
- Commercially explain ongoing promotions and offers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store
- Proactively approach potential customers and utilize commercial opportunities
- Contribute to a neat and professional store environment
Profile
- You are a strong communicator and easily connect with others
- You gain energy from customer contact and sales
- You are commercially oriented and see opportunities where others miss them
- You are results-oriented and motivated to earn bonuses
- You are open to coaching, feedback, and personal development
- Experience in telecom or sales is not a requirement; motivation, enthusiasm, and a commercial mindset are at least as important. Extensive training will be provided.
